We are so lucky to have found Dr. Romeo and his PA Deborah Prouse who initially identified the labral tear by way of a physical exam when it was missed by a different surgeon who actually viewed his MRI. Gratefully, Dr. Romeo did not miss the MRI. Our son is a high level water polo athlete who will not be limited by the injury in the future. He is on track for a full 100 percent recovery! Dr. Romeo is a excellent surgeon/physician. He did a total shoulder replacement of my right shoulder 2017. This year 2018, Dr. Romeo will be replacing my left shoulder. The right shoulder moves smoothly, now I can reach above my head, behind my back, everything a normal shoulder should do. I have complete confidence in Dr. Romeo.
